I understand that I may pause or stop any practice at any time and that mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the Privacy Notice and Terms and conditions.
I consent to the private audio and/or video recording of my session and, where used, its transcription or AI-assisted summarisation solely for delivering the Service, providing my private access and supporting Dr. Maximilianā€™s confidential session notes. This does not permit publication, marketing or public use. I may withdraw my consent for future recordings or request deletion, subject to applicable law.
