TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Introduction

These Terms govern all mentoring, consulting, coaching, retreats, workshops, and digital programs (“Services”) offered by The Golden Path L.L.C-FZ. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Service—whether in person or remotely through Kajabi, Zoom, or Riverside—you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

 

2. Nature & Scope of Services

We deliver consciousness-based education under the Golden Path Method (non-medical, non-therapeutic, non-legal, non-financial, non-touch). Not a substitute for licensed care.

3. Client Responsibilities

Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes and confirm you are fit to participate. You agree to respect community standards, maintain confidentiality in group settings, and follow health & safety instructions at events/retreats.

 

4. Fees, Taxes & Payments

Fees are quoted in AED or EUR and paid via Stripe or PayPal. Currency conversion/bank/processor fees are borne by the Client. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT/taxes, which you agree to pay where required. Approved refunds are returned to the original method minus processor charges.

 

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  1. You may cancel/reschedule with ≥ 48 hours notice without charge.
  2. < 48 hours or no-show: charged in full.
  3. Company-initiated rescheduling/cancellation (illness, force majeure, platform outage): you receive a new time or pro-rated refund for undelivered Services.
  4. Chargebacks: You agree to contact us first to resolve disputes. Unfounded chargebacks constitute breach of these Terms.

 

6. Session Recording & Consent

Sessions may be recorded (audio/video) for client review, integration, and quality assurance; stored per the Privacy Policy. Recordings are confidential and never used for marketing without separate written consent. You may opt out (then post-session materials may not be available).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methods, writings, recordings, and digital assets—e.g., The Golden Path™, Harmonic Equation™, Sacred Imprint™, Strings of Reality™—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and Dr. Ulmer. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for internal use only. No reproduction, publication, resale, teaching, or derivative works without prior written permission.

 

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both Parties keep confidential all non-public information exchanged. We process personal data according to the Privacy Policy (PDPL/GDPR/UK-GDPR compliance, secure cross-border transfers via recognized mechanisms). We do not sell personal data.

 

9. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Dr. Ulmer, and affiliates from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or platform/telecom failures beyond our control.

 

10. Retreats, Travel & Insurance (if applicable)

You are solely responsible for travel, visas, vaccinations, health & travel insurance, and the safety of your participation. We are not responsible for third-party providers, venues, or local conditions.

 

11. Professional Disclaimer

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Services are educational and transformativeonly; seek licensed professionals as needed.

 

12. Force Majeure

Neither Party is liable for failure/delay due to events beyond reasonable control (illness, natural disasters, war, government actions, cyber or infrastructure failure). Performance resumes as practicable.

 

13. Termination

Either Party may terminate ongoing Services by written notice. Confidentiality, payments, IP, and dispute provisions survive termination.

 

14. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

Governing law: United Arab Emirates and Meydan Free Zone regulations.

Primary forum: Dubai Courts.

Optional alternative by Company election: mediation at Meydan Authority followed by DIAC arbitration (English, seat Dubai). EU/EEA consumer rights remain unaffected. English prevails.

 

15. Minors & Parental Consent

Services are for adults (18+). A minor may participate only with explicit written parental/guardian consent and appropriate supervision; the guardian accepts responsibility and authorizes limited data processing in line with PDPL Art. 21 / GDPR Art. 8.

 

16. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, unlawful recording, or distribution of others’ confidential information. We may suspend or remove participants who disrupt safety or the learning environment without refund.

 

17. Notices

Notices must be sent to the addresses/emails below and are deemed received upon delivery confirmation: [email protected]

 

18. Relationship; Assignment; Entire Agreement; Severability; Non-Disparagement

This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency. You may not assign your rights without our consent. This document (with the Privacy Policy) is the entire agreement and supersedes prior understandings. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force. Parties agree to professional, non-disparaging communications when addressing disputes.

 

19. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree”, signing electronically, or submitting payment, you accept these Terms under UAE Federal Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions.
